Programs Director - Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Parks & Recreation - If you’re passionate about creating fun, engaging, and meaningful recreation opportunities for people of all ages — we want to hear from you!

As the Programs Director, you’ll plan and promote cultural, athletic, and special interest programs that bring our community together and make the most of our parks and facilities.
? Minimum Qualifications:
? Associates degree or equivalent experience
? Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
? Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and programs
? A creative, community-focused mindset with great communication skills
? State Retirement
?Salary negotiable based on experience
?? Location: Mt. Sterling, KY
?? Full-Time Position
