2026 Commercial Member Information
Commercial Memberships will renew in January of each year. All vendors participating in the trade show are required to register for a KRPS membership. Booth Registrations and Memberships are valid for 2 associates.

1. 2026 Booth Fees- Total $1000 ($750 conference + $250 2027 membership) Includes 2 Associates
2. Additional Associates- Total $225 (Conference fee + membership fee per person)
*price increase after 10/15/26
3. Additional Booth Spaces- $400 One additional booth rental will be available to purchase during registration for $400. Limited space available - Some sponsorship levels have right of first refusal.
4. Late Fees Assessed after 10/15/26
* If you register for a commercial booth and do not cancel before 10/17/26, you will be invoiced for your conference registration/booth space.
