SPRING Legacy & Leadership Workshop (Register Below)
LEGACY- Designed for supervisors, managers, and directors, this workshop focuses on leadership strategies, communication, and team development to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
LEADERSHIP- Geared toward newly hired and entry-level staff, this workshop for Young Professionals provides practical tools and skills to build confidence, navigate workplace expectations, and succeed early in their careers.
Breakout sessions will be offered to focus on the needs of each of the target groups.

Monday 2/16/26 - Wednesday 2/18/26 CPSI Course & Exam, Exam Only, or CEU's Only
*CPSI & AFO REGISTRATION will be available in November of 2025 for Spring 2026 Classes. A wait list will be enforced after 1/15/26 to ensure supplies are available for registrants.Member discounts are applied at checkout with valid membership. Memberships must be active at time of purchase for the Calendar year.
Wednesday 1/21/26 - Thursday 1/22/26 Maintenance Rodeo/Training - $25
*Maintenance Rodeo/Training -
Join us for a fun and engaging day of safety training, team building, and friendly competition. The morning will feature safety and risk management sessions, including an active shooter class, followed by a provided lunch. The afternoon concludes with a Maintenance Rodeo showcasing hands-on competitions such as truck and trailer, nail driving, backpack blower, and mower challenges. Enjoy donuts, drinks, door prizes, and awards for rodeo winners throughout the day!
A CPSI, or Certified Playground Safety Inspector, is a professional trained by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) to identify and manage playground hazards, ensuring playgrounds meet safety standards and guidelines.

An Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO), certified by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), is responsible for ensuring the safe, clean, and efficient operation of public aquatic facilities like pools, water parks, and spray parks, requiring expertise in water chemistry, disinfection, mechanical systems, and safety protocols.
